The 2016 Stripper & Hard Work

We live in an incredible time and era. Years ago everything had a personal touch that required pride. Today, with the internet and social media people can accomplish everything right from bed.

For Example – Even strippers can be viewed or watched online these days. No, I don’t participate in the viewership but it’s out there. Which got me thinking – the older generations must be rolling over in their graves at the audacity of this society. Back in the day men & women put in the hard work. They punched that time card, walked their ass a few blocks, put on a happy face, dealt with a boss, and worked their asses off. Today, online strippers shortcut the entire process without ever leaving home. They chat with loser dudes who also refuse to put in any effort which has left us with a society unable to interact. The art of conversation has been lost and the drive to work hard and be successful has diminished.

I bring up stripper interaction as a small microcosm of everything wrong. No one is willing to grind and hustle. As Keanu Reeves says in the movie Hardball – “What I’ve learned from you is that really one of the most important things in life is showing up. I’m blown away by your ability to show up through everything that’s gone on.”

We all need to remember those words that the great Keanu spoke. Show up, put in the work, be proud, and don’t cut corners! It’s time to get back to the basics.

PS: Only a sick person like myself will try to motivate others by using strippers, Hardball, and Keanu Reeves.

Can football start already?
