Leah Remini’s New Scientology Show

On Tuesday night, the actress and her new docuseries, Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath proved that anew. The eight-episode series debuted on A&E and earned the highest ratings for a series premiere for the cable network in two years, being the best-received premiere since Big Smo debuted in the summer of 2014. It clocked in at 2.1 million viewers for the debut with half of the ratings, 1.1 million, falling in the coveted 25-54 age bracket. 913,000 of the viewers came from the 18-49 demographic. Not just successful for A&E alone, the series premiere also ranked among the top new unscripted launches on cable for the season.

I’m a big fan of Leah Remini. She’s fantastic in King of Queens and even her small role in Old School is well done.

And now that she has turned on Scientology I’m an even bigger fan. Remini was a lifelong member of the Church of Scientology until she finally realized how nuts all those fuckers truly are. It’s nothing more than a scam and a cult designed to trap people through blackmail and make money without paying taxes (Which is bullshit). Hopefully this series will shed light on their antics and they get shutdown for good. Although, I assume they will just roll out the nut job Tom Cruise to patch up the bad PR. His below interview is so creepy.

For those who haven’t read up on or watched a documentary on Scientology you should. (I suggest Going Clear) It’s fascinating how they behave. I once spent an entire week learning all I could. Like watching a car crash I couldn’t look away. And although I hate it, they are easily the biggest and most successful bullies on the planet. Their personal insults are brilliant and extremely cut throat. I’ll actually give them that. They are like the kid on the playground losing an argument so he just turns to personal insults to make the kid cry and feel like shit.  Just see below…

I also included an explanation of what Scientology is, done by none other than South Park. I apologize for the video quality.
